- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases if we have the basic details of the project we can give you pricing for total labor and materials cost. But often there may be some other items not discussed yet and we would need to set up a site visit to review them. If it is a under a few hours we will give an hourly rate based on the project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the project by phone or email to make sure we have got all the items and information right. If there is more items added to the project we would need to set up a site visit to do a walk through to review details and then hand off a revised estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the building trades for 40 years plus. Building Spec homes, new construction, remodels, and Refurbish to sale.
