What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide competitive and transparent pricing based on the size and scope of each project. For larger flooring purchases, we can often offer material discounts of approximately $0.20–$0.30 per sq. ft. when materials are purchased through us. Free material delivery may also be available on qualifying projects. Every customer receives a detailed estimate and clear scope of work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by learning about their project, needs, and budget. We then schedule an on site estimate to take measurements, inspect the existing flooring, and discuss material options. After the visit, we provide a detailed estimate and clear scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, coordinate materials if needed, and keep you updated from start to finish. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, organized, and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been involved in the flooring industry since I was 17, working with multiple flooring companies and learning the installation side of the business firsthand. I later worked in flooring warehouses, where I gained experience with different materials, products, and how the industry works from start to finish. now im 22, I decided to take that experience and start my own flooring business.
Our crew is led by my father, who has over 13 years of professional flooring experience as a subcontractor throughout the Raleigh area, working with several large flooring companies. His experience includes carpet, hardwood, laminate, LVP, floor preparation, repairs, and more. Together, we combine years of hands-on installation experience with strong knowledge of flooring materials and customer service.
