We provide free consultations and clear, upfront estimates based on the needs of your home. Pricing depends on the size and scope of the project, materials selected, and work required. We also offer financing options to help make larger home projects more manageable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a conversation. We’ll listen to your concerns, evaluate your home, and walk you through what we find and what we recommend. If you decide to move forward, we’ll coordinate the project and keep you informed from scheduling through the final cleanup. We want the entire experience to feel simple and straightforward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives ongoing training in roofing and exterior services, installation best practices, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements. As part of the Storm Guard network, we also have access to continued education, industry resources, and training that help us provide quality work for Durham homeowners.
