Phillip R. says, "Val came Friday @ 10am as promised and worked on my refrigerator. He quoted a rate of $225 for parts and labor and I paid in full as he was leaving to get the part. Unfortunately, the part was not going to be available until Monday. Since I am a technician myself, I decided to spend some time working on the problem after work Friday. I found and resolved an electrical issue with the compressor relay and contacted Val to tell him that the refrigerator was repaired. He promptly refunded me for the amount I had overpaid for his return trip and said he would send me the part as soon as it came in. (It was already ordered, so only fair that I should pay for it) I truly appreciate integrity and work ethic. I would recommend BattleReady!"See more
