Chenille Goldman says, "Our Frigidaire garage freezer stopped working after being left open overnight. The fan got stuck from being frozen over. Initially, Russell came and did an inspection, however found nothing wrong with it. He cleaned my freezer coils and even my fridge in the house. My garage freezer still wasnt working so he responded to my very late night text to come out the next day. I was told to empty my freezer so he could a more thorough inspection. Then he found the fan was stuck and fixed it, and before I knew it, it was working well again! I was really worried at first bc I was told I might need to buy a new freezer when it wasnt even a year old! Thankfully that wasnt the case.The only feedback Id have is that I wish I was told to take out all the items in the freezer on the first day so that I wouldnt have had to pay that initial inspection and had it repaired sooner rather than later.Overall, Russell was professional, kind, and communicative. I appreciated the work that was done. Thank you!"See more
