- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Each year NC CPA's are required to attend 40 hours of Continuing Education classes to learn about changing tax laws in order to best serve our clients in light of the constantly changing tax laws.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Business Tax Returns: Sole Proprietor, LLC, or Corporate Individual Tax Returns: Federal and State(s) Response to IRS Notices. Remember, the key to dealing with any IRS notice is prompt action on your part. Tax Penalty Abatement: Some penalties can be removed.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently assisted a new Chiropractor client who was a sole-member LLC successfully identify that it was good tax planning to convert to an S-Corporation, make the Late S Election, an as a result save thousands of self-employment tax dollars.
