FAQ’s
Like most businesses, we have some FAQ (or Frequently Asked Questions) we would like to answer to help you better prepare for your balloon order and upcoming event.
•••What are your forms of contact?
We prefer to communicate via Thumbtack or email in order to exchange photos and will only exchange pricing in writing. This ensures order accuracy and allows both parties to view order details at any time. Working through Thumbtack/Email also allows us to provide quick responses while at other event locations or after business hours.
•••What areas do you service?
We are located in Charlotte, but proudly provide balloon decor for the entire Carolinas: Fort Mill, Asheville, Winston Salem, Raleigh-Durham, Greenville & etc... We are also available to travel nationwide for large events.
•••Can I meet with you at my event space?
Of course! An on-site consultation is available on weekdays for an additional fee.
•••How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve.
•••What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and time of day. And, will be included in your quote unless waived.
•••Can I pick my balloons up from you?
Im sorry but we offer balloon decor for delivery only.
•••Do prices include removal of the decor?
They do not. For rental pick up (balloon hoop, table rod & etc...) An additional fee will apply. Please notify us when booking your decor if a take down and removal is needed.
•••How do I pay for my decor?
Once you receive your invoice quote, you can pay with a credit/debit card through our Square system. Tax is added to all orders. Cash can also be accepted and dropped off at a meeting place at our convenience. *The remaining balance must be paid before the setup.
- For schools, organizations, and corporations; We understand a check may need to be processed for payment. If a payment cannot be made before the event date, a signed contract will be required.
•••What is your cancellation policy?
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders canceled 30 days or more prior to your event are eligible for a credit for your next event equal to monies paid, however no refund will be given. Orders less than 30 days from the event are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds are not provided on any orders.
•••How long do balloons last indoors?
Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks (even months) indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.
•••How long will my helium balloons float?
All of our helium balloons will float for at least 2 days if indoors, but typically much longer!
•••How long do balloons last outdoors?
Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.
•••Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?
Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Mylar (or foil) balloons are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled.
•••I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the quality of outside balloons. No.
