- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by introducing ourselves and learning more about their event and what they are looking for. At Pop Haus Balloon Co., we specialize in balloon décor and event rentals, so we take the time to understand the overall vision and how we can help bring it together. We typically schedule a quick consultation call to discuss the important details of the event, including the event date, location, theme, colors, guest count, budget, event space, and the type of décor or rentals needed. We may also ask for photos or measurements of the space so we can better understand what will work and provide the most accurate quote possible. After gathering the necessary information, we put together a customized quote based on the customer's needs, design, rental items, and event location. Once the customer is ready to move forward, we send an invoice and any necessary booking information to secure the date. After the booking is confirmed, we communicate the next steps and coordinate the delivery and/or setup details. As the event date approaches, we confirm the final details so everything is organized and ready. Our goal throughout the process is to make planning as easy as possible while providing reliable service and décor that fits the customer's vision.
