Just had my windows installed by Edward and Scott Long from Joyce Windows, they were super. They were very polite courteous kind always letting me know what was going on and making sure that I was OK with how the progress was going. They did a super awesome job. I love my windows a bit pricey But they are 10 times better than what was in this house. I can already feel the difference when I stand near the window, meaning the heat is not coming through with the sun beating down on my house and I know for sure my house will be less drafter. I hate to say it cant wait for the cold again so I can test it out. Lol. Again, I want to give a shout out to my installers, Edward and Scott, father and son and they were awesome. If I had more windows, I would have them come back.

We just had our side door replaced with a new side door from Joyce Factory Direct. It was installed by Edward Long and his son, who had, years earlier, installed all new JFD windows. Not only did Edward and his son do an excellent job installing our new side door, they also took extra time fixing our front door which we hadn't been able to open for about a month's time due to work we had done recently (by another entity) replacing the brick underpinning of our home. Thank you to both Joyce Factory and Edward Long and his son for all their excellent craftsmanship.

We had two very large custom windows replaced. The entire process was smooth, from the salesman to the installation. Edward and Scottie were very professional, knowledgeable, and installed the windows in a timely manner. Workmanship was excellent and they left no debris behind. Love the new windows!!

Not a fan at all. felt like someone was trying to sell me windows and all i need is a bath tub replacement. The man on the phone made strange comments. Will not be meeting with them

We were very pleased with our install crew led by Dan Ukraine. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy. The quality of their work looks excellent. We have not gotten to use our shower yet but I know we will enjoy it. Dan was extremely helpful when questions arose the next day from the glass door installers. He even sent pictures on his own initiative to answer their questions. I would highly recommend Dan and his team.
