- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Jobs will be be based of an hourly rate. Depending on the natural of work the rate may vary. On larger projects it is based off of each item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want the customer to feel important. It is my job it ensure that the customer feels comfortable and that I provide them with the correct knowledge and understanding of each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
