From beginning to end everything was exactly as it should have been. Toney’s Floor Care was easy to communicate with and to schedule. They were very professional and wasted no time in doing their excellent work. When finished cleaning the carpet they carefully removed their equipment and took the time make sure they left things as they found them. Definitely a five star experience.

Steve and his helper Logan showed up on time, cleaned a micro fiber sofa and loveseat. They did hit some pet stained and high usage areas in the carpet as a favor. They then cleaned the sunroom carpet and area rug. They did a great job and were very pleasant. It did take quite some time to dry so don't plan on entertaining that evening. I will use again.

Steve and his company did a great job! My husband and I were not able to be home when he came, but Steve let me know when he was on his way and when he left so I could disarm and arm the alarm. When I arrived home I was pleasantly surprised to see how thorough his team was. Stains that had been on the carpet since we moved in two and a half years ago were gone! We've had a carpet cleaner come in before with less successful results. Very pleased and would hire again!

Recently, I completed a job in the Ballantyne area in North Carolina. I cleaned 6 rooms of carpet, a walk-in closet, a set of stairs, & a hallway for a family that was to be moving in in a few days. I was proud of it because I was able to complete it the same day the customer called and it made me glad to know the family would be living in a home with freshly clean carpet.
