I was about to replace the carpet as the high traffic areas were really dirty. The cleaning restored them and they look great. Highly recommended! The attention to detail and workmanship was excellent!Oct 27, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our minimum job fee is $69. Quotes are estimates based on number of rooms. Pet stains, heavily soiled areas & red stains would affect price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After introduction I like to give everything a look so I can provide my expectations of how the job will be once complete. Once we agree on pricing and expectations the job will begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a great sales rep with the company that supplies my equipment and chemicals. I learn a lot from him and he keeps me up to date. He is very knowledgeable with 30+ years of experience in the industry. A very good friend of mines and essential relationship!
