It was one of the best steam cleaning services we have ever had! They arrived on time, cleaned my carpet so nicely and finished job within an hour. My carpet looks cleaner than before we moved in to our apartment! I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to everyone! Great price for great cleaning! This young man was very professional and friendly. Our carpet was a mess and he came in and made it look almost new. I have moved out of state but if I still lived in NC, I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend GHC for your carpetcleaning needs.

Ron was a really a nice person. He was on time and fulfilled his task well. His cleaning of our carpets was excellent. We were pleased that all the stains we had are gone now. He was neat and cleaned up his mess very well. I recommend him.

JOB WELL DONE Quinton!!! He did a great job getting our carpetcleaned. We have 3 little boys who have created stains all over the house and Quinton was able to get most of them out - Juice stains, dried clay etc... Some stains remain but they looked lighter and better than before. My appnt was at 8 am and he gave me a call prior to that to let me know he was on the way. He did an AWESOME job alone and spent perfecting the job for about 2 hours. Thank you for your service and will hire GHC again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum job fee is $80. Quotes are estimates based on number of rooms. Pet stains, heavily soiled areas & red stains would affect price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introduction I like to give everything a look so I can provide my expectations of how the job will be once complete. Once we agree on pricing and expectations the job will begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a great sales rep with the company that supplies my equipment and chemicals. I learn a lot from him and he keeps me up to date. He is very knowledgeable with 30+ years of experience in the industry. A very good friend of mines and essential relationship!
