Brown's was very prompt and scheduled the installation quickly. The carpet looks great and the install was very professional. The only issue I had was the technicians on site damaged the laminate flooring when removing the old carpeting. The damage required replacing a 4'x4' square as several of the scratches were deeply embedded in the wood.
