Introduction: Chef Hassan is passionate about food and he strives for culinary perfection. His love for the culture and food of his home country of Morocco started when he was a child learning to cook from his mother and grandmother. He draws inspiration for his dishes from the cuisine of Morocco, France, Italy, the Mediterranean and Middle East. Chef Hassan's food is all about flavor, herbs, homemade spices, olive oil, fresh produce and a lot of LOVE! I love sharing my enthusiasm about food and the Moroccan culture with my customers. Seeing my customers enjoying my food and hearing their appreciation is my greatest joy. For me, cooking is more than just a job; I take great pleasure in choosing the highest quality ingredients and transforming it into a beautiful dish that will make you say Wow!

I would highly recommend Hassan for any event. Hassan catered my party this weekend for about 45 people. From our very first meeting Hassan put together an amazing menu and made suggestions for wine pairings. He came to my house to check out my kitchen and made excellent suggestions for the layout to make the party flow well. Hassan sent regular emails and text messages to ensure that every last detail was covered down to the napkins. The food was absolutely delicious and my guests loved it!!! When Hassan left that evening my kitchen was completely spotless and all the leftovers were carefully wrapped and put in my fridge. He was both professional and friendly and I have never been so relaxed at my own party. I have already hired Hassan to cater my next party for 60 people and we are looking forward to it!!

I hired Chef Hassan to cater for a casual outdoors wedding reception party and he did an excellent job! The food was plated beautifully and he was very communicative throughout the process, making sure we sourced halal meat for the chicken and wild caught for the seafood option. I appreciated the attention to detail with edible flowers and house made baklava with berries. Will definitely recommend him to others!

I hired Chef Hassan for my husband’s birthday. It was a surprise for my husband. We had a party of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed Chef’s cuisine. Starting from his enthusiasm, his ability to understand our needs and requirements, creating an excellent menu to help us choose and to arriving on time and creating an evening worth remembering Chef Hassan is too notch. The food was so tasty and delicious and I want to thank the Chef for helping to create such an exciting and delicious evening for us.
