Chef Hassan is passionate about food and he strives for culinary perfection. His love for the culture and food of his home country of Morocco started when he was a child learning to cook from his mother and grandmother. He draws inspiration for his dishes from the cuisine of Morocco, France, Italy, the Mediterranean and Middle East. Chef Hassan's food is all about flavor, herbs, homemade spices, olive oil, fresh produce and a lot of LOVE! I love sharing my enthusiasm about food and the Moroccan culture with my customers. Seeing my customers enjoying my food and hearing their appreciation is my greatest joy. For me, cooking is more than just a job; I take great pleasure in choosing the highest quality ingredients and transforming it into a beautiful dish that will make you say Wow!

I hired Hassan to cook a special Moroccan dinner for my husband's 40th birthday. Hassan customized a seven-course dinner that was absolutely amazing. Each course was beautifully presented and so delicious. My favorite dish was the Chermoula Fish Tagine and his baklava is the best I've ever had. He served each course, helped us pair wines, and cleaned every dish so that we could thoroughly enjoy the dinner. We were amazed by his food and service. The whole dining experience was exquisite, one that we will always remember.

I hired Chef Hassan for my husband’s birthday. It was a surprise for my husband. We had a party of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed Chef’s cuisine. Starting from his enthusiasm, his ability to understand our needs and requirements, creating an excellent menu to help us choose and to arriving on time and creating an evening worth remembering Chef Hassan is too notch. The food was so tasty and delicious and I want to thank the Chef for helping to create such an exciting and delicious evening for us.
