Introduction: For years, William has enjoyed bringing people together with his meals, believing that food is an important part of a person's life. He wanted to share his passion for hospitality with others. In 2014, William created Seasoned Provisions, a private catering company, where he also provides private chef services and cooking lessons. He has been serving the Charlotte area since, establishing a reliable reputation for Seasoned Provisions. Through Seasoned Provisions, William translates your needs into delicious food, ensuring each bite creates a memory. He studies each event, understands each guest, and carefully arranges excellent service and a delightful experience. William studied at Johnson & Wales University, one of the best culinary schools in the country, and graduated in 2011. He became ServSafe certified in 2015. In 2017, William started appearing live on TV showing off his cooking skills. Whenever he takes a break from the kitchen, William enjoys hiking, traveling, volleyball and fashion.

Will is a must for your next event of any size! We had a Christmas gathering with 18 friends and Will and his crew were exceptional. Everything from the food, service and professionalism - fantastic! We will definitely choose him again for another event!

Chef Will was amazing. A huge hit for his food but also his personality and "chill" vibe around the house. Would 10/10 recommend.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I typically stay updated through my alma mater's monthly magazine, food network, cheftalk.com and various documentaries.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cooking since I was able to look over a stove. Always helping the relatives cook for thanksgiving, Christmas and other major holidays. I enjoy serving my family. The reward of seeing their faces, express such great display of satisfaction; is priceless. As time went on, I would offer to cook dinner for the family, just so I could show off what I have been learning from other family members. All in all, creating artwork through food makes me genuinely happy.

I typically do -Weddings -Milestone birthdays -Graduation Parties -Sweet 16 -Valentine's day -Thanksgiving deliveries -Christmas deliveries You name it, we will do it!
