I met Chef William when my hubby & I attended a wine dinner at the Gantt Center here in Charlotte. He treated the veggie options just as amazing (& dare I say even better) as the regular options. I got his info & hired him to make the veggie options for my 40th b-day. He showed up & showed out again. Extremely easy to work with & very accommodating to my needs. He even helped me adjust some items for my budget & everything turned out delicious. Even my non veg peeps enjoyed everything!!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Chef William Williams and his team from Seasoned Provisions for our engagement party, and they completely exceeded our expectations!The family-style dinner they prepared was incredibleevery dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You could really tell how much care and passion went into each dish. Chef William and his team were not only professional but also SO fun and engaging, which made the whole evening feel extra special.The server wAS amazingattentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply enjoy our night. It truly felt like a luxury dining experience. We cant recommend Seasoned Provisions enough and will definitely be hiring them again for future events. I should have posted this a while ago. I have had the fortune to go to a couple of events that was catered by Will. I book my fundraising events based on which ones he is preparing the food for!!! Wine tasting at Petite Phillipe or the Wine Vault and the Charlotte Food and Wine events aren't the same without Seasoned Provisions and the fresh, beautiful, and delicious food that he brings to the tables!! His positivity and friendliness are just a lovely bonus. Thank you for the many years of amazing service and food!! You are my absolutely favorite chef in all of Charlotte!!!
