Very experienced and most of all, came to repair our AC the next day. We would not have been able to sleep again since there was no cool air coming out of the AC. Identified the problem right away (a busted capacitor), had parts ready, and topped up freon. Would call him again for any future needs

AC was not working over a 95 degree weekend. Rigo was prompt in responding and was able to get out to the home the same day to diagnose the problem. He also returned to confirm the AC was working well on another hot day when the home seemed to not be cooling.

This company is the best Heating and Cooling company in Charlotte. Rigo is honest, transparent and goes above and beyond to ensure that customers understand what needs to be done to fix the job and he also shared many preventative maintenance tips. This guy is a rockstar. My only regret is not connecting with this company sooner, as they know their stuff. I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues or concerns.
