Our pricing model is very simple. What you see is what you get. We offer flat rates for all our repair & Development services.

We have vendor relationships which allow us to pass cost saving down to our clients. We also offer free pick-up and drop off services to clients located within the Charlotte Metro area. We put the needs of our customers first. If the cost of repair is more than the cost of a new computer we honestly tell you and then provide you with a recommendation of a new system. If that's not enough, we also provide FREE 15 minute consultations on technology based purchases.
We enjoy being a hub for technology resources. We feel that information is priceless so we do what we can to provide it when appropriate.

I was in Charlotte, NC for our company event when I tripped on the power cord to my laptop. It had caused a problem with the box on the inside of my laptop so I needed some professional help.
Not knowing anyone in Charlotte I went online and did a search for computer repair in Concord and that is how I found Leroy. I had no idea what I would find if it would be good or bad.
I had also another problem with my computer that when Leroy called me I told him about that also. He convinced me that it may not cost much and he said that they have free pickup and delivery and that they also have free diagnostics. I couldn't believe all that.
When he said free pickup and delivery I said even to a hotel and he said yes.
Demond came and picked it up and said it many not take much to fix and he took it with him. The next day I called and Leroy knowing I was from out of state he had put a rush on it and called me and told me what was wrong with it and it was an easy fix and told me how to solve my other problem I was having. No one else had been able to tell me how to fix the other problem I had.
Leroy brought my computer to our event and plugged it in and showed me that it worked and how to solve the other problem.
It was all done for $40. I couldn't believe it. It would have cost me more than that to have it done at home plus I would have had to make 2 trips. One to take it to them and one to pick it up.

PC Mechanics understood my problem and I stated I was in the process of purchasing a new laptop before I could have the old one repaired. They advised what specifications I should look for with the new. I called when the new laptop came in. The were quick to pick up the damaged laptop made repairs and returned it to me very quickly. I was very impressed with the professionalism and will recommend them as well use them in the future.

I had a great experience with Leroy of PC Mechanics. Once I accepted his offer to fix the power jack on my laptop he was at my door within 40 minutes. He did have to order a part which took a few days, but the repair was done as soon as he got the part and it was back in my hands by the afternoon. Excellent service and at a great price.
