Introduction: I believe it's most effective to counsel a client from the present moment, because it's more empowering and helps the person transcend victimhood. The latter tends to keep the client in blame mode, and often has him/her feeling powerless. Identifying with the present moment and your power in the now, teaches you to better manage your response to people and situations. I love helping my clients fall in love with themselves, and being that catalyst or support in their transformation.

Felicia and I met about 1 year ago. I was trying to make a decision on pursuing my dreams or stay within my current career. She allowed me to share the pros and cons if being an entrepreneur vs working for company. I did a visualization of how it would feel to actually wake up each morning and design my life. I wrote in my journal my ideal day from sun up to sun down, as well how it felt. I then did a vision board within my journal showing my ideal lifestyle. She truly opened my eyes up to the possibilities of what the Universe can bring into your life. A professional yet personal visit. Felicia has a fresh approach to tackling lifes pressing issues. The initial consultation can run between 1-2 hours, and is $125/hour. Follow-up sessions are 30-45 minutes for $75.

Yes, I'm an avid reader and it keeps me abreast with information that supports my approach.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Realizing at 20 years old that it was abnormal to move my bowels once a week. It sent me on a nutritional exploration that taught me so much; and from then, I knew I had to teach and share this knowing with others.
