- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is affordable for the quality of service that will be provided. My price is set due to the high end equipment that will be in use for the event, high volume of potential clients in need of Dj service, I have top of the line microphones, speakers, party lighting, fog machine etc. my price is also set due to my musical expertise with over a decade of recording, producing, writing, and mixing music as well as my 10 year experience as a Dj.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The proper introduction and allowing the customer to explain their vision for the event. I always ask for the type of event it will be, if the customer has a playlist of the type of music he or she wants played, and anything I could do to enhance the event. My goal is to cater to the client to make the event be the best that it can be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business Management Degree. Worked as an airline ramp manager for some time and also worked as a customer service agent for American Airlines. Over 10 years experience as a DJ. DJ’d hundreds of events in night clubs, comedy shows, sporting events, school events, birthday parties of all ages, graduation parties, artist showcases, holiday parties, company corporate parties and the list goes on.
