- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is affordable for the quality of service that will be provided. My price is set due to the high end equipment that will be in use for the event or for the recording service. I have top of the line microphones, speakers, party lighting, fog machine etc. my price is also set due to my musical expertise with over a decade of recording, producing, writing, and mixing music as well as my 5 year experience as a Dj.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The proper introduction and allowing the customer to explain their vision for the event. I always ask for the type of event it will be, if the customer has a playlist of the type of music he or she wants played, and anything I could do to enhance the event. My goal is to cater to the client to make the event be the best that it can be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Pro tools certified and I have trained as a Dj with some of the best Djs in the city of Charlotte
