I, one who's very technologically reluctant, met Michelle for a session recently. It went very well. She was patient and attended to my particular needs, which included the use of google drive and other work-related, and personal programs. I will definitely schedule another appointment to further my knowledge base and increase my level of proficiency. The setting was nice and conducive to learning.

It has been approximately 10 years since I have known Michelle Davidson, as both, a close friend and colleague. I was first introduced to Michelle when I joined Training to You, where she was working as an Instruction and I was a student. Soon thereafter I became a co-worker and friend with Michelle. Michelle is one of the most disciplined and punctual person I've known. Her ability to work efficiently under stressful conditions and nerve-wracking deadlines speaks volumes about her hard work, determination, and composed demeanor. During our sessions she made learning fun and demonstrated excellent leadership skills and morale. I would also like to add that, Michelle is an inspirational, compassionate human being with praiseworthy perseverance and ambition.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing model since needs vary greatly. I am flexible and fair with rates based on client need and size.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to renew my MCT certification through Microsoft annually. Therefore I have to teach and perform all year up to the standards they set in order to be eligible for renewal each time. Also, I am required to be knowledgable of all the current software that I offer. Prior to being Microsoft certified I attained a BS/CIS and recently I became certified via Microsoft to conduct corporate CIEs (Customer Immersion Experiences) for Fortune 500 companies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother is a retired teacher who really cared about her children and went over and beyond what was required in order make sure they received the bestsellers education possible; the passion helped steer me towards the training sector of IT.
