- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer detailed estimates listing the scope of work that includes all materials and labor to complete the job. The price on the estimate is what you can expect to pay unless we come across unforeseen issues requiring additional prep or material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will schedule an estimate through our customer care center. Once the appointment has been scheduled, we'll call the customer to verify their details and get more information about their project so we can come prepared for the estimate. This also gives us the opportunity to determine whether we can provide the service the customer requires in the time frame they require it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painters have multiple years of experience and are trained in the use of the various products we use.
