1,600 SqFoot single story barn style building. LP smartsiding, hardie trim, metal gutters and downspouts painted. Good text updates / communication. Used the level of Sherwin-Williams paint requested. Team was invested in doing the work neatly even though temps where not what I’d want to be outside in to paint. Flexible based on the weather demands, and kept me updated as the work progressed.

The quote was reasonable and aligned with others I’d received, but what set Todd apart was his dual expertise in painting and real estate. He went above and beyond by offering to coordinate related home repair tasks needing to happen that same week. In our case, he arranged for a glass company to quote and replace a broken window, connected us with a countertop specialist who provided cleaner for stain removal and a quote to restore our marble island, and even facilitated carpet stain removal in two rooms. Todd provided a clear project timeline and stayed on track throughout. He communicated quickly whenever clarification was needed and kept me updated on both the painting progress and the additional maintenance tasks. He was also on-site to answer questions from a potential buyer regarding paint-related concerns, which were incredibly helpful. The painting was finished right on schedule and executed with stunning precision and artistry. We had our popcorn ceilings removed and had a great experience. The crew was extremely fast, clean, and friendly, and the quality of work was excellent. Todd was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Even with a winter storm, everything was completed in three days. Highly recommend them if you’re considering popcorn ceiling removal or any painting work.
