I had a great experience with Allied Painting and worked directly with Todd. From the start, his communication was clear, timely, and professional. He walked me through every step, helped me make decisions confidently, and made the whole process stress free. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently while still paying attention to detail. The prep work was thorough, the lines are clean, and the finished product looks incredible. They treated my home with care! The quote was reasonable and aligned with others I’d received, but what set Todd apart was his dual expertise in painting and real estate. He went above and beyond by offering to coordinate related home repair tasks needing to happen that same week. In our case, he arranged for a glass company to quote and replace a broken window, connected us with a countertop specialist who provided cleaner for stain removal and a quote to restore our marble island, and even facilitated carpet stain removal in two rooms. Todd provided a clear project timeline and stayed on track throughout. He communicated quickly whenever clarification was needed and kept me updated on both the painting progress and the additional maintenance tasks. He was also on-site to answer questions from a potential buyer regarding paint-related concerns, which were incredibly helpful. The painting was finished right on schedule and executed with stunning precision and artistry. Todd and his crew are the best around Charlotte for these reasons: 1) Communication- from start to finish 2) Value- best prices in Charlotte 3) Turnaround time- 2 days to prime and paint basement, trim, and bathroom 4) Quality work- Sand and filled holes to create a smooth look and finish 5) Professional- professional workers at all times. Showed up every day during the timeframe that was given.
