We are beyond pleased with this company. Especially our exterminators, Frank and Eric. We just bought a home and found out we have American cockroaches - big and fast.. GROSS. They inspected and treated everywhere- including attic and crawl space. They sprayed outside perimeter along the house and even sprayed out further into the yard. We also have fire ants- they sprayed without being asked too. We had hornet nests we had sprayed, they knocked those down as well without being asked too. After they left, bugs were dead on outside of the house, inside (NOT JUST ROACHES.. ALL BUGS), AND two dying roaches on the master bathroom floor. I had no idea we had roaches near our bedrooms, EW! Thank you Megan for talking with me and being polite. Thank you Frank for listening to my concerns and explaining everything in detail. And thank you Eric for going into the attic and crawl space and explaining what was happening in the crawl space in detail. And to future customers, the termite infestation warranty that is currently going on is a bargain!! Plus their treatment kills ALL BUGS! Our family is looking forward to continuing to work with you all. THANK YOU!!
