At first the process did not go as planned, I was scheduled for a one time service for wasps and the evaluation explained to me was to treat the slab, any nests and to check the attic. The day arrived and the tech came and only showed up with 2 spray cans to only knock down 1 nest. I was not pleased...
I called in frustration and wanted to verify I wouldn't be charged. The general manager called me back (after 5 P.M.) and wanted to rectify the issue - had someone come out the next day and do the service as discussed. I am now pleased with how thing went.

I called in the morning and Michael came out at noon. He was on time and very professional. He gave us a quote and was very reasonable. They are coming out Wednesday to do the job.
They were very responsive and arrived quickly to inspect our home and received my pestcontrol report in just a couple of days. Great work, highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Economy Extermination! They got out to us quickly to assess yellow jacket nests on our home. They were able to come within a few days to treat them! They did such a thorough job that I even cancelled my current pestcontrol company and signed up to have them be my new quarterly pestcontrol company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We custom build each pest control program that we sell, however the cost is based on the square feet of the home or business AND type of pest control service that you need. We will come out FREE to inspect the property and will share our findings with you, as well as cost at that initial visit... and get you scheduled asap!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home or business and offer FREE inspections to custom build your pest control program. We suggest the best line of defense against pests and give suggestions on how you can also help to avoid pests between services. We use Integrated Pest Management to keep your pests away for good!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've provided pest control to North Carolinians for over 40 years. At Economy Exterminators, we provide pest control services with a focus on safety, effectiveness and total customer satisfaction. We are a QualityPro accredited organization, and all of our employees have passed a rigorous background and criminal check, clean driving record, drug testing and we focus on ongoing safety training for all services.
