My advice to you is to make sure that you are getting your monies worth. A face painter should always use high end materials that are hypo allergenic, FDA approved, and washes off w/ soap and water. Your Face painter should always keep sanitation a #1 priority, as of these days, skin disease, such as scabies, are highly contageous and precausions for this must be taken seriously. I exceed all these requirments.
