- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Of course, the price depends on the job. But we do have set rates for all services we provide, whether lawn care, deck construction, painting, fence building or other home improvement installation. Please call us for our rates and a free on-site visit!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I'm called to quote a new project, Leigh has a conversation with the prospective client. He asks very specific questions about his or her needs and expectations. Leigh strongly believes that LDC is in business to establish long-term relationships.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Leigh has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and landscaping trades. He thoroughly enjoys building things, especially creating things with wood. I love taking a piece of property that needs some help, and in just a short time, creating a beautiful lawn or landscaping job, deck or custom fence, Leigh says.
