Introduction: We offer a friendly, small group personal training atmosphere that gets women better results than your average personal trainer for a third of the price. We are not a "bootcamp" that tried to just "kill you" each day, but we ensure the safety of our clients and help them progress from a beginner level on. We have the ability to workout ladies of all levels of fitness in the same workout because we offer a beginner, intermediate, and advanced level of each exercise AND we have modifications for those who have joint issues. We notice if you aren't there, and we know everyone's name. Even the members of your class will notice if you aren't there and will ask you where you were if you miss. I LOVE seeing women start to feel better and enjoy being in our program. I love being able to compare their results after 1, 2, and 3 months and show them how many inches they've lost. I love seeing lives changed and helping people pursue a healthier lifestyle.

Julie, is AWESOME. She takes the time to make sure you are getting the most from your set. 30 minutes flies by, but totally kicks your butt while you are having fun. I also like that Julie gives back to the community and really cares about her clients. You will not be disapointed!

30 minutes for the most effective workout you can get! You get your strength training & cardio all in one. Who doesn't have 30 mins a few times a week? Julie is perfect! She shows all the moves and variations for all levels of ability and is checking on posture and giving positive reinforcement the whole time. Its a small group that becomes your best coaches & workout partners!

I have been with Julie almost a year now and I love her classes. I was a regular at the gym for years but now only attend her classes because of the results. I am a busy single mom of three children and her class schedule is so flexible, I can attend at least 3 classes a week. Highly recommend

This is a great class! It's quick and effective, and there is such a variety in the workouts. I look forward to every class and always feel so accomplished after each workout. I've been very impressed with not only Julie's knowledge, but her ability and passion to motivate and teach. You can tell she really loves what she does and truly wants to help you!

    Figure out what you need in a program/personal trainer. If you are just looking to lose weight (or especially lose fat) or get back into shape, we are a good fit. If you feel that you need to start slowly and need an introduction into an exercise program, we're a good fit. We offer an orientation for our new clients. If you DON'T like to workout and need extra motivation from women like you, we're a good fit. We help make working out fun for women by providing a friendly, small group personal training atmosphere and changing the workouts frequently to keep it interesting.
