- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Figure out what you need in a program/personal trainer. If you are just looking to lose weight (or especially lose fat) or get back into shape, we are a good fit. If you feel that you need to start slowly and need an introduction into an exercise program, we're a good fit. We offer an orientation for our new clients. If you DON'T like to workout and need extra motivation from women like you, we're a good fit. We help make working out fun for women by providing a friendly, small group personal training atmosphere and changing the workouts frequently to keep it interesting.
