- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You'll always get a better price for more job available. I also can give a discount for recurring customers. Please note, that my minimum charge is $100. Also, if the drive is more than 35 miles I will add $30 to compensate time/milage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask for links to the products or photos to get a better idea of the job. This allows me to provide a better estimate and the amount of time needed to complete the project. I also give the soonest availability and we negotiate the details from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing contruction and worked with various tools a lot during me DIY projects and in professional works. I have all the tools and hardware needed for the services I provide.
