- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We put our best foot forward on our prices. We are not the cheapest company in the industry, nor are we the most expensive. This is because we offer quality work from trusted pro’s but we aren’t so big that we have to charge an arm and a leg. We offer discounts for military, law enforcement, emergency responders and essential personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is project specific. Typically we will introduce ourselves by our new client’s preferred method of contact and get a general sense of what they are looking to accomplish. Then we like to schedule an on site visit with the client so we can review the project in person to make sure we are being accurate. Finally we will present our feedback and options to complete the work, as well as payment options including 0% financing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 35 years of successful experience prior to starting our business performing interior and exterior upgrades.
