Jimenez and Gray Construction Services, is a professional licensed, bonded and insured General Contractor as well as a licensed and insured home inspection company. We provide services for minor construction projects to new construction, for both residential and commercial.
We sincerely enjoy our clients expressions as they see their old kitchen transformed to a completely different kitchen, or building a custom home that stands the test of time. It is the love, and passion of building for our clients that endears us to the work we do.

I had a roughed in bathroom in my basement that they finished off. They did all of the plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, and tile work.
They did an amazing job on the bathroom. They were upfront with their quote and what to expect throughout the process.
I was very impressed by their quality and attention to detail. We finished off the rest of the basement prior to doing the bathroom. We had some LVP flooring that was cut off just past the closed door. As they got to the flooring I told them I was fine with a threshold and restarting the flooring from there. Instead of settling for that they ripped up a 10x4 section of flooring and relaid it so it could continue to run into the bathroom and look right.
I will absolutely hire them again.

I'm sorry that I was only able to select three options. Jeremy was soo great to work with! He is responsive, professional and does outstanding work and value for the price! I've already talked to him about another job at the house.
Jeremy removed the builder surround in the master shower and replaced with tile. He also installed tile on the floor and in the water closet.
He really does phenomenal work and is very personable! Do yourself a favor and hire him for your next home remodel or improvement project!

Jeremy did an amazing washer and drier move for us in an old home with many challenging situations. He is very flexible and great to work with. He provided step by step information and explanations of what the plan was and what work would take place. We look forward to using him again for larger jobs we have in the future!

Jeremy was professional and thorough in each interaction we had with him: He arrived on time, provided the most detailed quote we have received for any project in our home, and raised questions/made recommendations I hadn't considered. It's clear he is very knowledgeable about what he does. Due to a need to prioritize a different repair, we sadly have had to postpone the renovation we were discussing, but I greatly appreciate Jeremy's professionalism and time.

My experience with Chief Property Services was by far the best. Jeremy was quick to communicate through email and text when it came down to the consultation, arrival times, and supplies needed. I used this company to install a water basin/ salon sink into my in home studio. Jeremy brought along a colleague to help get the job done. He throughly explained everything he would be doing, and also asked permission before changing certain aspects of the installation as I have an older home that needed to be worked with a little different than expected. The whole process took less time than expected, and the quality is fantastic. Jeremy offered to paint the wall after he throughly put everything back in place but I did not have the paint color, otherwise the pictures would look better but that's my fault. Will most definitely be using Chief Property Services LLC again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, professional business.

We are always available to discuss specific pricing in accordance with national, state and local municipal price points that are particular to the region. There are always discounts given as discounted percentage based on the project scope.

Get to know each other on a human level, ask key questions to verify the project specifications and schedule an appropriate time and place to discuss project management, and pertinent pricing regarding the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed, bonded and insured General Contractor in North Carolina and California and a licensed and insured home inspector in North Carolina. I am also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Through the past 25+ years, I’ve worked in all the trades and it has given me the experience necessary in helping my clients with their needs.
