- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair on what needs to be done, what is trending, and what is recommended and will price accordingly to selections. Materials are not marked up like some companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule to come out and grab measurements and photographs of the work to be done. We then get an estimate over the homeowner, typically within 24-72 hours of visiting. From there we will help with any questions or revisions of the estimate and if approved, we collect a deposit with the amount determined by the job size. At that point we schedule to begin work and order material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are also certified in mold, fire, smoke and water cleanup. We are OSHA certified, and have great experience working with many different insurance companies for repair work too.
