Said he would return next day to complete a job he started. When I called to check in when he did not show up at the time he said he would he did not pick up. He left my wall unfinished

No problem,im rememberinstall few shelfs for you and fix two or more small holes in one wall ,compound didnt dryed. i charged you by time and you payme for what i did ,you never comfirm to go back to your house, and honestly we have a lot of work every day. You make sound this like you payme for something i didnt finish and is no right because you payme by time. Just to be clear ,thank you
