- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
start by reviewing the customer’s needs and, for electrical work, making sure everything is safe. Then I provide a clear quote and estimated time. Once approved, I schedule the job, arrive on time, and complete the work carefully and efficiently. I always double-check everything to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in basic residential electrical work, including installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, and switches. I Also have experience in assembly, drywall, painting, and light carpentry. Working on different remodeling and maintenance projects has given me strong skills to deliver safe, reliable, and professional results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by helping family and friends with home repairs, basic electrical work, and different types of installations. Over time, I gained experience in residential maintenance, electrical work, drywall, and light carpentry. My work quality led to more referrals, and that’s how I turned this into my profession.
