FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate for all services is fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour. I also have a trip fee of $50 charged for on-site quotes and project locations greater than thirty (30) miles from zip code 28205. For larger or continous projects, I do negotiate flat quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To help you make your project a success, please provide as much information as possible including pictures, measurements, any identifying part/serial numbers, etc. If it's too much to gather I can still gather that information during an on-site quote and the trip charge will be waived if we agree to proceed.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The very basic of basics is having a clear picture of what the completed project ought to look like and a general idea of what you are willing to spend to complete the project. Having a sold grasp on these two things will greatly help you and the provider you choose.
