- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type and size of project, I will typically visit a home or have a phone call to discuss the project with my customer to make sure understand their needs and ensure a successful outcome. Smaller handyman projects that are more straightforward will typically just require 1 visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA which has been helpful in running a small business. I do not have any specific training in terms of home repair and improvement projects- just years of experience and a strong interest in doing it!
