Gave 2 stars because I felt taken advantage. He did good work but was very expensive. Bringing a kid with him that helped and charged $48.50 an hour for both of them!! Would not have paid that for this young kid had he told me he was charging me the same for both of them. Felt VERY blindsided and I told him that. He did not adjust his price telling me he was a good worker. Since when does an 18 year old get $48.50 for handy work cause he says he is good worker. Ridiculous! I pay $48.50 an hour for years of experience. Will not hire from That Guy again!

Everything was great! Very respectful people. We will definitely be contacting them for any other needs we have!

William and John are very nice guys who are always punctual, have a high standard of work ethic and look into the project from various different angles. They don't just do the job but they wanna make sure it's done perfect and right. It was a pleasure working with them. They painted our garage floor and walls and renovated one of our rental properties (repairs, paint, pressure wash, replacing doors, deep cleaning, changing laminate floor, new vanity etc). We will do more projects together.
