We had a great experience with Volodymyr. Communications were timely and clear. I described the handrail installation project, he confirmed he'd done similar work, and he proposed a plan for getting it done efficiently. He contacted me to provide his ETA and arrived on time for the site visit. He wasvery polite to my little one and elders. He returned a few days later (again providing his ETA in advance) on time to do the job. His work was great and he thoroughly cleaned up the work area! Just as he was finishing we encountered a mishap, which he resolved in 24hrs. He didn't just correct the issue, he improved on the original design! I will definitely hire him again.
