I see Teadora and she is amazing! Shes helped me through so much and Ive seen a big improvement in my mental health since I started seeing her in February. Shes super intuitive and has really catered our sessions to my preferences and something that benefits me. Whenever Im drained or dont know what I wanna talk about she gives me a lot of options and I feel like its made all of our sessions really productive. Shes never judgmental and gives really good, insightful, well thought out advice. Shes helped me navigate my interpersonal relationships and gives me different perspectives without it ever coming off like Im a therapist and Im the expert and I know best. Shes so good at what she does while also being really personable, relatable, and really just a pleasure to talk to. Soooo supportive and even if we dont make a ton of progress during a session I always feel a lot better afterwards. I really feel like I can be myself talking to her and Im so so grateful for her. :)
