- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based off a few things such as sqf, crawlspace, multiple HVAC units, and age of the home. We offer First Time Home Buyer discounts, so please let us know if your a First Time Home Buyer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it very easy to work with us, we require basic information such as, email, phone number, address, and full name. If you don’t plan on attending the inspection we will send you the Pre Inspection Agreement that we will need returned back to us before the actual inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and have completed the licensing requirements set by the state
