I recently had a pre-drywall inspection with Fireline HomeInspection, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My inspector, Sam Brown, did a very thorough job of reviewing the framework and pointing out any deficiencies that needed attention. He communicated clearly throughout the process, making sure I understood what he found and why it was important. Sam also sent me the report very quickly, which was detailed and easy to follow. On top of that, Fireline was excellent at scheduling the inspection quickly and accommodating my timeline. Overall, I highly recommend Fireline HomeInspection and especially Sam Brown for anyone needing a professional, thorough, and reliable inspection.

Jordan was really good on your homeinspection for the house we are buying. He was communicative, report came fast and it had everything I needed. Not only the issues, but overall pictures with drones, thermal camera and even marks where the shut offs where.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on several factors, primarily the size and age of the property, as well as any ancillary services added on. Your home is an important investment, my pricing reflects that. A cheap inspection would be a disservice to you and your home. I am committed to providing excellent value for my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inspection is scheduled, I will either meet with the client or be at the property at the agreed upon time. I always encourage my clients to be at the property towards the end of the inspection. This is so we can have a face-to-face discussion on the report.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully licensed in the state of North Carolina to perform home inspections. I underwent 80 hours in training, as well as hundreds of hours in continuing education. As a firefighter, I have witnessed first hand the effects that detrimental defects can have on a home. As a home inspector, I am constantly researching and educating myself to get better with each and every inspection.
