The inspector did an outstanding job inspecting the house I purchasing. His professionalism, detailed orientation made me feel confident in buying the house once I knew what needed to be fixed, replaced, and updated. In the process of my inspection I also learned a few things that was helpful later on down the road. The inspection report he wrote up was description detailed with pictures that pointed out issues made it easy for me to show the seller what I wanted fixed on they end. I definitely would use him again for any future home buying and recommend him to anyone that needs a house inspected.
