I scheduled a home inspection with Preston as a first time homebuyer I wasn't really sure exactly what I needed. When calling to inquire Preston was able to explain everything to me. This made me feel at ease because he was very knowledgeable. The day of the inspection I meet with Preston and he explained everything that needed to be addressed I was very pleased that he made everything so easy and hassle free. The radon test came back high so he went back and retested free of charge and made sure to send the report and even explained it to me so that I would understand. He recommended that I get the radon tested once a year and I will definitely be calling him to get that done. I would definitely recommend him.
