Chris did our 11 month warranty inspection and needless to say, we are so glad we found New Charlotte Home Inspection. His inspection was thorough and he took the time to explain everything to my husband and I throughout the whole process and sit down with us at the end to go over the whole report. We are first time home buyers and he gave us same great insight and also some great recommendations and advice for our home. We had our inspection report back very quickly and it was easy to understand. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

If your not using New Charlotte Home Inspectors, you should be! I have used New Charlotte Home many times personally and for my client. Aaron and Chris do great work and are extremely detailed. Not to mention always on time, and over communicate keeping the client up to date on all aspects of the inspection. Call them TODAY!
