- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we are not always the least expensive Home Inspection company, we always provide an extremely thorough and complete home inspection including a detailed inspection report with concise descriptions and clear photographs of the sytems and components of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We initially contact he customer to gather information regarding the home such as address, size, type of construction and time frame for when customer wants inspection to be completed. 2. We email a quote to the customer within a few hours to one day that explains the systems and components of home to be inspected, details regarding what can be expected in the completed inspection report and fee for inspection. 3. Once the customer hires our company, we decide on a mutual agreed upon day and time for the inspection and send an esignature copy of the Home Inspection contract to sign and send back 4. We meet the seller and/or buyer at the home on the day and time established and complete the inspection 5. A full home inspection typically takes about 3 to 4 hours, but can vary depending on size of home and number of HVAC units. Condos usually take less time while larger homes over 2500 sq ft can take longer.

Many years experience in home renovations and a North Carolina trained and licensed Home Inspector and Inspector Nation Member.
