I first met Roderick in 2006, when he assisted in the purchase of a townhouse shell in Upper Manhattan. I built the townhouse into four individual condo units, which I listed with Roderick. He was very knowledgeable of the market and area. I ended up getting a little more than I expected on two of the units and he was right on the mark with his predictions for the other two units. I recently decided to invest in a townhouse for my daughter, who will be attending UNCC. We are working with Roderick and, once again, couldn't be happier.
