Ryk was great - friendly, took time to explain things to us, and thorough - he pointed out a bunch of stuff that we had totally missed!
We were considering putting an offer in on a house, but since it was a court ordered sale it would have been difficult to back out if the inspection found any issues, so we hired him to do a walkthrough with us. Gave us the information we needed to make a decision. We ended up not going for this house but when we do find one we will definitely use him for the inspection!

We had an excellent experience with our home inspector from start to finish. He was able to accommodate our inspection quickly, which we really appreciated given the timing of our home purchase. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and communicated with us throughout the entire process.
What stood out most was the level of detail. He didn’t simply complete the inspection and send us a report; he took the time to walk us through every finding, explain what he was seeing, and answer our questions so we fully understood the condition of the home. The final report was incredibly detailed, well organized, and included clear information that made it easy for us to understand which items needed our attention.
Buying a home can be stressful, and having someone who is thorough, responsive, and willing to take the time to educate you makes a huge difference. We felt much more informed and confident about our next steps because of his inspection. I highly recommend RS Inspections to anyone looking for a detailed and professional home inspection!
