FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and scales with home size and frequency. Standard clean weekly gets the best rate, biweekly is our most common schedule. One time cleans with deep cleans or move-out and move-in cleans are priced based on home size and scope. Airbnb turnovers will depend on unit size and frequency. Pets add a small fee, and add ons like inside oven, inside fridge, and interior windows are priced separately except for move-in or move-out clean. We offer a discount for first time clients and for customers who commit to a recurring schedule, since recurring clients get priority scheduling and a locked rate. We give free quote with no obligation booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message (let us know if you prefer texts) to understand your home, your schedule, and what "clean" means to you (some people want a light touch up, others want deep detail work). We give you a firm quote on that first conversation, no waiting around for a callback. Once booked, you get a confirmation with your appointment window, and a reminder before the visit. Our vetted cleaner arrives, completes the job to our checklist, and we follow up afterward to make sure everything met expectations. If anything is off, we send someone back to fix it at no charge. First time clients often start with a deep clean to get the home to baseline, then move to a recurring schedule from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our value is in the standards we hold every cleaner to before they ever set foot in your home. Every cleaner on our team carries their own general liability insurance and passes a background check. We also collect direct customer feedback after every clean to confirm punctuality, communication, and quality. Our cleaners use check list and take before and after pictures to ensure quality standard is met on every job.
