- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On Thumbtack, we cannot provide a universal price because every home is different. We calculate each job individually based on the size of the home in square feet, the level of dirt, and other unique factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by assessing your home and discussing your needs. Then we schedule a convenient date and time, choose the services required, and create a customized plan. Finally, we perform the cleaning with close attention to detail and ensure you are satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s degree in journalism with a specialization in psychology, which helps me communicate effectively and understand clients’ needs. Additionally, all our cleaners undergo professional training through a specialized cleaning program and have extensive experience in organizing and executing detailed tasks, ensuring high-quality results in every project.
